What variety of flowers do you offer
We offer a range of flowers, including roses and seasonal blooms as well as a selection of plants. Contact us or visit our store for specific flower requests.
Do you provide same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next day. Please note that we only deliver on weekdays unless by prior arrangement.
Can I customise my bouquet?
Absolutely! You can customise your bouquet by selecting specific flowers and colours. Call us on 07 308 7261 for personalised assistance.
What are your local delivery areas?
We offer local delivery on orders in Whakatāne and surrounding areas including Coastlands, Ōhope, Kawerau, Te Teko, Edgecombe, Tāneatua and Ōpōtiki.
For all other orders outside our local delivery areas, you'll need to call our store on 07 308 7261 to place an order through our Interflora.
What are your store hours?
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5pm
Saturdays: 9.30am to 12pm
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
How do I care for my flowers?
Bouquets and Roses: Remove the water bag from the roses and place the flowers in water in a cool place. Cut stems every 2 to 3 days and place flowers in a clean vase with fresh water. A few tiny drops of bleach in the water helps to keep the water fresh.
Arrangements in Oasis: Add water daily.
